Information we collect
- Event inquiries and bookings: your name, email, optional telephone number, event date, venue, package interests and messages. Confirmed bookings may also include billing details, payment references and correspondence.
- Photo booth use: photographs you choose to take, session information and delivery details you provide when print or digital delivery is part of your event package.
- Business accounts: account identity, assigned role, approval status, sign-in sessions and records of administrative actions.
- Website and security information: technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details, together with website usage and performance measurements.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in for our business platform, we request basic identity information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture, where available. We use this information to authenticate you, link your business account and manage access approval. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar for sign-in.
Authentication records may include provider tokens and session identifiers used to maintain the account connection. Signing in does not automatically grant access to business records: access depends on approval and your assigned role. You can remove PicoBooth from your Google account connections and contact us to request deletion of the PicoBooth account. Removing the Google connection does not itself delete records we hold.
How we use information
We use information to reply to inquiries, plan and deliver events, provide photographs and receipts, manage staff access, maintain business records, troubleshoot problems and protect our services. Please do not include passwords, card details or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry.
Photographs and sharing
Photo delivery and gallery access depend on the event package. If an organiser arranges a shared gallery, confirm with them who can access it. Anyone who receives a download or gallery link may be able to pass it on, so share links carefully. We seek permission before using identifiable guest photographs in our public marketing. Taking part in a booth session is not, by itself, permission for advertising use.
Service providers and disclosures
Authorised team members and service providers may process information needed to operate the service. These include hosting and database providers, Google for sign-in, email providers and payment providers when used for your booking. Our website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for usage and performance measurement. Providers may process information outside India.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to fulfil your instructions, meet a legal obligation, investigate misuse or protect people's rights and safety.
Cookies and sessions
The business platform uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Security and service infrastructure may also use cookies or similar technology. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking authentication cookies will prevent account features from working. Website analytics and performance tools collect technical measurements; this policy does not treat visiting the website as consent to unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected, including booking delivery, support, accounting and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Photo availability is not indefinite; ask us about your event's delivery and retention arrangements. Deletion requests are reviewed against outstanding bookings, legal requirements and necessary security records. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle ends.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials and photo links private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your choices and requests
Email picobootllp@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a permission you previously gave, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the relevant event or account. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain if a request cannot be fully completed because information must be retained. Rights available under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Children at events
Business accounts and bookings are intended for adults. A parent, guardian or responsible event organiser should supervise children's participation and arrange any necessary permission for photographs and sharing. Contact us if a child's information or photograph needs attention.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek permission for a new use of personal information.
