About these terms
These terms cover the PicoBooth LLP website, business platform and photo booth services. By using our services, you agree to the terms relevant to that use. If you book for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. For a confirmed event, the written quotation, booking confirmation and any separately agreed terms define the specific package and take precedence over general package descriptions on the website.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a booth or confirm availability. A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing and any agreed booking advance is received. Please check the event date, venue, operating hours, included guest or picture allowance, delivery arrangements and contact details before confirming.
Prices and payment
Your written quotation states the package price, any discount, applicable taxes, payment schedule and additional charges. Prices shown elsewhere are indicative unless stated otherwise. Extra pictures, extended hours, custom branding or other additions are charged only as agreed. Keep payment references so that we can reconcile your booking. A quotation is an offer for the stated validity period; a payment receipt records money actually received.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Contact us as soon as your plans change. The cancellation, advance and refund terms agreed for your booking apply. Rescheduling depends on availability and may change the price if the date, location or scope changes. If no cancellation charge was agreed, these website terms do not create an automatic forfeiture of your payment. Any refund or deduction will be discussed with you, subject to applicable law.
Venue and event arrangements
Please arrange a suitable, safe and dry booth area, reliable power, access for delivery and setup, and any venue permissions specified for your booking. Tell us about stairs, access restrictions, outdoor exposure or timing limits in advance. Guests must use the booth and props safely and follow reasonable staff instructions. We may pause operation where continued use would be unsafe.
Service interruptions
We will work with you to resolve equipment faults or other service problems. Internet-dependent delivery may be delayed when connectivity is unavailable. If we cannot provide an agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate remedy, including rescheduling, replacement service or a refund for the undelivered portion where applicable. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Photographs and supplied artwork
Please obtain permission to supply logos, artwork and other content for your event. You allow us to use that material to fulfil your booking. Guests and organisers should respect the privacy and permissions of people appearing in photographs. Do not use our services to create or distribute unlawful, abusive or infringing material. Public promotional use of identifiable guest photographs requires separate permission; participation does not automatically grant it.
Business platform accounts
Use an account that belongs to you and keep it secure. Google sign-in verifies identity but does not guarantee approval. Access is assigned by the authorised team, with different permissions for owners, partners and staff. Do not share sessions, bypass access controls or access records outside your role. We may suspend access to protect the business, investigate misuse or end an assignment while preserving necessary audit and transaction records.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiries, photographs and account information. Google, payment services and other linked platforms also have their own terms. We are responsible for our service commitments, but do not control third-party websites or their availability.
Website content and intellectual property
PicoBooth branding, website design and service materials belong to PicoBooth LLP or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to our public pages. Do not copy our branding or materials for a misleading or unauthorised commercial use. Photographs, demonstrations and package descriptions are illustrative unless included in your confirmed booking.
Questions and disputes
Please contact picobootllp@gmail.com with your booking reference so that we can try to resolve any concern. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before the courts or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law; your statutory consumer rights are preserved.

We may update these terms for future use of the service. An update does not retrospectively change an agreed booking without your agreement. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
